Energy Performance
Certificate - EPC
It is now a legal obligation to provide an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for all properties when sold or rent. Each property needs a valid EPC which must be made available to prospective tenants upon viewing the property. Our experienced energy assessors will conduct a fast, friendly and reliable investigation of your property to assess its energy performance. Within 1 to 2 days, we will provide you with a detailed EPC that will give you recommendations on how to improve your building's energy efficiency, in addition to an overview of its energy consumption and performance. We operate mainly in the Birmingham area and can travel to other towns at an extra cost.
